The Most Dangerous Job Award Goes To…

Man, we have been working our asses off preparing for this performance. We’ve been there hours ahead of call-times and even started a few days before official paid rehearsals. The show we choreographed is absolutely sick, the timing, the build-ups, it’s all perfect. Unfortunately about half of it no one may ever get to see.

Taurus Stunt Awards!

Today we went to Paramount Studios and got everything choreographed and locked down. This is going to be an amazing show, and everyone will be able to see it on AMC TV because it’s for the Taurus World Stunt Awards! Somewhere in-between the explosions, pirates, car wrecks, and The Rock we are doing an 8 person 2 minute performance across roofs, an armored car, a crane, and like a jewelry store or something… Bah just look at the pictures:

Internet Woes

I’ve been piggybacking off of random networks for the past few days and all of my image uploads seem to fail. I don’t want to write up about the performance without the pictures of the amazing set so you all will just have to wait.

I will say though that the show is at Paramount Studios which is a very awesome place on the inside :)

The Eagle has Landed

This time in Washington DC! It’s 3:15am in the morning and I’m doing something I’ve always wanted to, sleeping in a gym! Seriously, one of my fantasies is to just live in my own gymnastic gym someday, that would be so sweet :) This gym is close to my dream gym though as it is one of the only gyms dedicated to Parkour and Crossfit-style training, Primal Fitness.

I’ll head from here in a week to Hong Kong to do a performance for a product unveiling (it’s a surprise), then off to Macau for an encore, then off to LA for a sweet stunt gig separate from the performance. In total I’ll be gone for a month straight, prob the longest I’ve ever really been away from home.

But I got to get to sleep because Jesse is supposedly going to whup our asses in the morning with a special Primal Fitness workout ;) I’ll let you know how it goes.

Life of a Stuntman

As it seems to happen a lot with stuntwork, I have about 3 days left in town and I still don’t even know my schedule. I do know that I have a possibility of three stunt gigs in a row and could be traveling from Seattle to Tokyo to Washington DC to Hong Kong to Macau to LA and back home again. This is going to be a crazy month of performances, training, and long flights.

I’m definitely bringing my new Canon 30D though, hopefully uploading pictures and blogging the whole time! Check back often for more updates!
