Parkour Training – One Step at a Time
If you’re interested in parkour training in the Seattle area, check out the classes the PNWPA is running!
Progression with control does come not quickly. If a movement is difficult, break it down into simpler steps. If a movement is too big, find a way or a place that makes it smaller. That is how you progress safely, one step at a time.
It’s nice to see that even really amazing traceurs follow the same idea in their training even when they are doing things that still scare the shit out of me (kongs to railing precisions). Thanks DC from Team Traceur!

Excellent video had a laugh though when I realized he is using the same shoes as the ones I was showing you last night. To bad the rubber isn’t grippier.
That was awsome! His and tt’s approach to pk, training ang fitness is just great!
Btw, anyone have the song title? Tnx

hey nice job Dude! I recently tried to do something very risky. I did it in the first time and when i did it again a fall and thank god i’m ok now. Well… not really ok… i cant do many moves with my right arm , my foot is in pain and almost the half of my bones are in pain (it was 3 metres high). So what about this? That you do it the first time and then you cant… cause now i’m pretty freaked out and i really dont wanna do this agian

i’m 15. I started parkour, it seems easy, but i still need to learn how to backflip and i need to get more flexible, and also need to build more muscle. Does anyone know a good place in britain to parkour???

Lots of preteens posting on your site lol…
Anyway… I’ve gotten together with a group of people and we train for this stuff at night. There is a really cool park we were using, but unfortunately you have to either be under age 13, or have a 13 year old with you to enter. So yesterday I brought my kid brother in with us, and we did some cool stuff. They have a castle that’s about 10 feet high with little window slits that is great for wall scaling.
hay i am 12 years old and i like pk very much i would like to learn all stuffs from youtube till my 15 and i need some guide, so im asking for someone who’s good at parkour to tell me some damn good guide, and im willing to do everything it requests i almost broke my neck in backyard trying to do backflip
Yea I am 15 and I have watched PK for almost three years and have always wanted to do some style of “Free Running” as my friends like to call it.The hole problem with that though is I could never really lern how to start training and working my way up to this kind of stuff. So now I come to my question.
Is there any way I could find a trainer and or gym based around all free running that would help me progress and get rid of a lot of the fears I have when it come to a lot of these moves?
I am ready to be commited to this stuff I just need to find a person and place to help me lern,Advance, train, and keep myself motivated so I stay in shape.
I am 14 years old and have a lot in common with Jay. I am looking for a place to train and learn parkour and/or freerunning.

Im 16 and i love to freerun/PK but i think that i have certain restrictions like my height(im 6 foot 2) and the only thing that i cant do yet is a king kong vault or a monkey vault also i need to work on wall running and flips. But i live in the mountains(NC) and there is no place to practice PK. Does anybody know where in the States i can practice freerun?
hey tyson i live in egypt
all i want is a place where i can train i am really ready to do any stuff but i need someone to get me fit enough to do the stuff i want to which is parkour i love this sport i think but i rlly need help in finding a good coach here in egypt can u tell me?
im a little fat but i realy like parkour do you have any exercise for me
For everyone who feels they need to get fit before starting parkour:
Stop thinking of parkour as such high-level stuff! Use parkour to get in shape, just stay away from any movements that put a lot of impact into your body. Be creative, find things that are physically difficult, and work on them until they are not – repeat. Don’t jump off things you can’t jump up to and don’t be dumb trying to imitate what you see online!

hey does any one know a good place to practice this sport in Minnesota,st.Paul area
i like parkour..and i do it too..bt any help on the flips trickz…i think i can do every thing but the flip trick
Yo every1,im Paul-18 from Lithuania,I only recently discovered pk and im thinking bout trying it out, there alot of ppl, crews doing pk here, also a friend of mine(will c how he perform’s
).Well as i figured out pk is all bout getting from A to B as fast as possible, so no flips for me,they’re dangerous (if not mastered) and uncalled for they only look impressive, but are not useful for fast get away,so ya good luck every1,stay safe and get good trainers(shoes) a pair of gloves as well-those freakin edges of wall’s smart
.
