KOMO-TV Parkour
I’m returning out of my blog-hibernation to let everyone know I’ll be featured on KOMO TV January the 31st at 11pm on channel 4 in Seattle.
These guys specifically wanted to do this one on just me this time, and we spent four filming sessions hitting a PSCS parkour class, Gasworks, Freeway Park, and UW. They had to have captured some good material in there somewhere, so it’s definitely worth a look.

Great stuff…! I have been looking into freerunning after seeing the JB-007 movie and like this a lot. I am getting athletic endurance trng from ProActive in Lacey right now to prep myself for this. I am from Europe and was a pentathlon, kick-boxing, gymnastics, and skiing adept in my younger days. I am near 40 now, but I still like to believe I can do stuff like this.
We need to meet Tyson, I want to learn this. I just didn’t know until tonight that this is offered in Seattle. Cheers, Steve

That was so well done! I never know what to expect from Parkour news reports, but that was definitely one of the best.
I even love how they threw John Coltrane in the background music when talking about Jazz.

Wow! This is a really good video. The reporter explained the sport and philosophy really well. You really were like spiderman climbing up that wall!
