Ya I really should have been doing some sort of daily exercise (like the APK WOD), Jesse killed me with this, my squats are horrible and I really don’t like running…
Staying at Primal Fitness is awesome! I love the pull-up bar and the beefy parallel bars. The set we are building is rather strange though. A week of this is going to be crazy!
